This area of support services includes traffic offenses, parking tickets, DUI charges and all underlying violations. For code enforcement, the OCS prosecutes quasi-criminal cases and city code violations.
Diversion programs offer great value and benefit. In particular, such programs provide alternatives to prosecution for first-time offenders. Completing these alternative programs can result in having your case dismissed.
